At LIXUS Space, we take pride in crafting premium furniture with precision and care. Our goal is to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely, efficiently, and in perfect condition. All products are securely packaged for transit and delivered through trusted third-party logistics partners experienced in handling furniture and interior products.

To ensure timely and safe delivery, we work with multiple specialised delivery partners. Depending on product availability and location, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Delivery timelines vary based on product type, level of customisation, stock availability, and distance from major cities. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation or consultation.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend checking product dimensions to ensure smooth access through doorways, staircases, lifts, and entry passages. If a delivery attempt fails due to access issues at your premises, additional delivery charges may apply.

Deliveries are typically scheduled between Monday to Saturday, during standard working hours. In some locations, limited-time-slot deliveries may be available. Our team or delivery partner will contact you in advance to coordinate a suitable delivery date and time window.

Please note that once an order is handed over to a freight forwarder or third-party transporter chosen by the customer, LIXUS Space will not be responsible for damages, delays, or losses occurring during transit.

Shipping Fee & Locations

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, product size, and shipment type. For orders containing multiple items, shipping fees may apply separately for each shipment. Final delivery charges are clearly communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

Types of Delivery

LIXUS Space offers multiple delivery options to suit your needs. Service availability may vary based on location and product type.

Standard Delivery

Your furniture is delivered to the ground floor, building entrance, or first accessible dry area such as a porch, garage, or lobby. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or waste removal.

Room of Choice Delivery

Your furniture is delivered to the room of your choice within your home, subject to accessibility and building regulations. This service does not include assembly, packaging disposal, or moving existing furniture.

Premium Installation / White-Glove Service

This service includes delivery to your chosen room, professional unpacking, complete assembly, and removal of packaging waste. Additional charges apply depending on location and product type. This service does not include dismantling or moving existing furniture.

Our team will inform you of available delivery options during order confirmation or consultation.

Important Delivery Guidelines

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to their premises. Please protect floors, walls, and surrounding areas before delivery. Delivery personnel are not authorised to move existing furniture or fixtures. Any damages caused due to insufficient access or unprepared spaces are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Cancellations

Select ready-made products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable, as these pieces are crafted specifically to your selected finishes, dimensions, and preferences. However, custom orders may be cancelled within two business days of order placement, provided production has not started.
